Sisterhood, Salt Air & Saying Yes to Big Dreams

There is something about the ocean that softens you and strengthens you at the same time. The sky feels wider, your breath gets deeper, and time slows just enough to remember who you are.

I recently returned from a transformational trip to Mexico, where I had the honor of teaching yoga and meditation for a group of badass, heart-centered entrepreneur women. I went to hold space, to move and breathe under the sun, and to be in the light of other women who are also walking boldly in their purpose. What I didn’t expect was how deeply this experience would shift something in me.

This trip reminded me of the magic that happens when women come together, NOT to compete, but to celebrate, support, and elevate one another. These women were powerful, successful, driven, and wildly inspiring… but their success wasn’t guarded. It was shared. Offered. Extended as a hand to anyone walking the path beside them.

There was no room for jealousy, comparison, or scarcity. Only genuine encouragement and open-hearted connection.

Being in this energy gave me the courage to ask for something big in my own life. A dream that’s been quietly growing inside me. I realized that courage isn’t always about the answer, it’s about believing in yourself enough to ask. To lean in. To trust that what you’re hearing within you is sacred, and that it’s safe to follow it.

This trip was a reminder that I am allowed to dream big, to move boldly, and to surround myself with women who mirror back strength, softness, wisdom, and possibility. It reignited something in me, not just as a teacher, but as a student of this life, always learning, always listening.

To the ocean sky, the sun-drenched mornings, the movement and stillness, and to the women who lit the fire…Thank you. You reminded me of what’s possible when we come home to our power and pour it into one another.

Here’s to saying yes. Here’s to believing.

And here’s to walking boldly toward the dream, not because we know the outcome… but because we know who we are.
